Rehabilitation Care

Rehabilitation is a progressive, dynamic, goal-oriented and often time-limited process that enables an individual with an impairment to identify and reach his/her optimal mental, physical, cognitive and/or social functional level.  A key component in assessing rehabilitation performance is the client’s perspective, which is integral to rehabilitation’s client-centred approach of considering which parts of care matter most to the clients.  This website rates how well hospitals provide rehabilitation based on five client perspective indicators.
